Refund Policy

At BigBodyProductions LLC, we strive to provide high-quality training services to our clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy.

1. Personal Training & Group Sessions

  • Cancellations with Notice: Clients who cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a reschedule or full credit towards a future session.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session or failure to attend will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

  • Package Refunds: Refunds for personal training packages will only be granted if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and the client has not used any sessions. If sessions have been used, the refund will be prorated based on the number of completed sessions at the full session rate.

2. Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

  • Annual Memberships: Refunds for annual memberships will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Clients requesting a refund must provide a valid reason, such as medical conditions or relocation beyond a 25-mile radius.

3. Special Events & Workshops

  • Cancellations at Least 48 Hours Before: A full refund or credit will be issued.

  • Cancellations Within 48 Hours: A 50% refund may be issued or full credit towards a future event at our discretion.

  • No-Shows: No refunds or credits will be provided.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected medical condition, injury, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us at [Your Contact Information]. We may offer a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email coachaptraining21@gmail.com with your name, reason for the refund, and relevant details. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
